I went to the store because my bicycle brakes were not working properly. The staff was very helpful and friendly and changed the cable at the time with a good quality-price. On top of that the guy also added some oil to the chain as it was getting dry. I highly recommend this place for bycicle repair.

These guys did an Amazing job in repairing my electric bike which had been badly damaged in an accident. It looked like new when I went to pick it up. They had been chasing suppliers and kept me updated- they really went above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly impressed with the service I received and I'd recommend Wilco to anyone with a bike in Cambridge. Halfords gave me a quote of £75 for gears & breaks servicing plus headset fitting, and I would have had to wait 2 weeks for service. These lads were able to check out my bike immediately after I called, got the gears and breaks jobs done within an hour or two, costing me only £20. They even pumped up my tires for me seeing as they were flat. Staff are polite, professional, and informative.

I have had a flat tire and brought here for repairing. They said they fixed it but the tire was not fitted properly. Some part of tire is thinner then the other sides and because of that it bumps while driving. They said that the tire is the problem but I took it to some other store and they fixed it. My bike was dirty after repairing and they broke the bell but they said we didn't touch it. Obviously they broke it when they are carrying it around. Also they are expensive. Long story short go to some other place for repairing your bike.

Just rang to see if they would fit a front light bulb as it does state you do that service. But was told it's quite difficult, we don't have a car port to do this and the weather is not great. Don't offer a service that you can't be bothered to do. So off to good old halfords instead. Came off phone quite annoyed that you guys obviously can't be bothered.....

Okay prices, makes paint for my van. Big up wilco
