The take your money then forget you. I pay for extra fast delivery, but finally that my engineer could work with, I went to pick up in store my ordered parts, after many phone calls, where they just left me in promises!

The que takes ages. The person at the counter is the same person picking the orders. I honestly feel like the que at the Doctors is quicker. Considering there are always staff walking and talking in the background, it's pretty embarrassing they don't get involved and help serve the collection customers. I'm actually in the que typing this review, that's how long I'm waiting. Only 2 customers in the place aswell.

Sunday collection, was very fast. I've reserved an oil filter online with a little bit of fear after reading online reviews of this store. But when I arrived I was very pleased to see that it was empty and just got my oil filter in less than 5 minutes. Sometimes, I believe, that the owner or the management are taking measures to improve their store services.

Few weeks ago I bought sparkplugs here.I spent £45 for the set.When I opened at home there was 3 different type of sparkplugs in the box what someone was using before .

Waste oc time and petrol ordered brake disk s they Saud I ordered wiper blades didn't have what I needed in stock. Bad communication guy didn't understand English correctly and I'm not goi g to speak Punjabi and yes I can speak it fluently

I've seen dead people move faster than the staff at the Watford branch. One lad serving whilst the rest of the staff are loudly chatting and laughing at the back. Get your priorities right, and get up off your backsides and start serving. Takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get the most basic of orders. I go to the Harrow store instead, where they are much quicker and more efficient.

I was given the wrong alternator belt over the counter. Was basically the wrong belt in the right cartoon packaging. When realised it’s short, went back and they have comfortably exchanged it over the counter.
Waste of time going up and down to the shop because someone has just swapped the product from its original packaging and replaced with the wrong similar one.
Staff is spot on otherwise.

Slow service! Not surprised as there is usually only 1 person behind the counter! You turn your head to the office and there are several members of staff at their desks who could easily help the counter person during busy periods!
Improve service times and you'd get another star!
