We had the best customer service ever! Bradley was extremely helpful and kind. He is not a ‘pushy salesman’! He is an amazing adviser. He explained everything well and answered all my questions. He helped with choosing the best bikes for my son and myself. Highly recommend!!

Excellent Service - Had my stereo fitted in the 2 hour time slot. Cant remember the guys name (started with a P) but great customer service and fitted very well with the steering wheel functions all still working - Thank you!

Oh it was brilliant! Just a bulb change, but so much easier than going to main dealer. Just friendly and efficient. The person who helped me was very knowledgeable too.

Overall more than satisfied. Only fly in the ointment was, I ordered the go pack which comprised of an SD card and carry case for the Dash cam. However when I went to collect instead of the go pack it was only the SD card. The go pack is £20 as is the SD Card on its own. Yo buy the carry case separately is £15 so the go pack is a good price. The person serving after confirming that I had indeed ordered the go pack, replaced the SD card with the go pack.

I had to go to Halfords to pick up a battery. I went a day to early as I was in town and had my two year old granddaughter with me. They had the battery there, I also purchased some wipers and screen wash. The staff were fantastic, helped me to get everything I needed. They were extremely patient with my granddaughter who “helped” . Lucy who served us was fantastic and took everything out to the car for me as I had my granddaughter in tow. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you Lucy and all the staff at Halfords Gloucester.

Thought I'd have a quick look (in "Gloucester" as I'm getting a new car thanks to a white van man side swiped mine. They did the offer 'Black Friday' on certain items so I got a dash cam, fixing kit for £60 off and as part of the motoring club I got another £10 off. Ready to collect a few hours later. Very happy.

Warren, Gloucester Halfords, sorted us out brilliantly, good product knowledge and extremely helpful. Nothing too much trouble. No hesitation in using the store again if all staff are like Warren.

It is a great shop. It is massive. The amount of times I've gone in and asked for help/advice everyone always goes above and beyond to make sure that my visit there is great. Personally two members of staff really stand out. Mike who helped me find the right bulbs for my car and fitted them gave me so much of his time (which I really appreciate). I asked him how to do it as I'm not very good with this kinda stuff and he talked me through it and explained it. I felt like I'd gained a lot of knowledge about my car which I didn't have before hand. Also a young man I think his name is Tom who has served me a few times is always so jolly and also very helpful. Honestly I recommend people to sign up for the membership as you save 5% off most items in store and so many other benefits. I won't go anywhere else now due to how good my experience has been. Well done halfords you've definitely trained your staff to a high standard 👏 👍
