Katie and Jack were absolutely amazing today, customer service skills on point! Even after a 24 hour shift at work they kept me entertained whilst doing work on my car, absolutely amazing service, thank you both so much! X

Superb service today, technician Martin was outstanding at replacing my headlight bulb which turned out to be quite challenging due to a rusty bolt. He stuck at it and all working well. Faultless, easy , great service .

The customer service in Chelmsford was great. However I tried using a gift card online and to pay the rest by card, tried many times unsuccessfully. Customer service reissued gift card and I tried back home. Excellent service and thank you

Recently needed to replace my wing mirror glass that had disappeared! Andy went over and above trying to assist and informing me when the part would be in prior to a long distance trip I needed to make. Also reminded me as a Halfords Motoring Club Member I might be able to use the £5 discount which I'd forgotten. So big thank you to Andy as he was dealing with a lot of customers at the time.

Drove down quickly at 7.30pm after having green flag out to tell me I need a new battery ASAP because it has 10% health. The store staff were super helpful, friendly and found a new battery. Tony came out to fit the battery, he was so friendly, helpful and fitted it so quickly! Thank you everyone.

During the recent cold snap, I needed to replace my car battery, as my old one was old and had died. I arrived at the store, where Dean helped me out, brought a new battery to the till and saved me some money in the process. Then Luke promptly came out, fitted my new battery, was affable and pleasant, and I was on my way within 15 minutes. Can't praise the customer service highly enough in this instance, 10/10.

I’d messed up and brought the wrong size bike. Nathan and Ollie sorted me out with an even better alternative and got it made on the day! Really made my litte girls Christmas! Bless you guys! Both were extremely polite and gave excellent service! A credit to your store!
