This is a long review but worth reading if you seriously thinking of taking your car there. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

The worst ever garage I have ever been to. Took the car there with The radiator hose burst so was overheating as water wasn’t circulating. Car was there with them for 2 months to check it and eventually tell me there is a head gasket blown and fair enough the guy told me that ain’t worth fixing it.

Agreed with them to only fix the hose so I can at least drive it out. First 2 weeks they said we have ordered the part and waiting, once it arrives we gonna do it first thing.

Called them again they said wrong part arrived they waiting for the right part.

Next time I call them they say Tuesday or latest Wednesday is gonna be ready. Always been polite with them and said okay no worries.

Called them on Friday giving them 2 more days and then they tell me “I’ll be honest with you I haven’t actually done any work into your car I honestly haven’t really looked at it all, when I find an hour spare I’ll do it”. Thatsthe answer I got from a “professional” business that’s the great customer service.

I called the Consumers rights Office and they told me they should be accountable for any expenses I have for towing the car to another garage to finish the job they agreed to do but not finished it in reasonable time.

Before I decided to tow the car I send them an email asking them when they gonna fix it and how much is this gonna cost me after all this trouble, the answer I got back was “I’m not willing to fix your car come and pick it up”. After 2 months of them playing me around and me being polite giving them time that’s the service I got.

Have used for MOT and small pieces of work and always found to be polite and very helpful. Two examples. number plate came off and as they were close popped in and they reattached at no charge. Wife's peugot showed an anti pollution fault and went straight there as they opened. Although busy and without a booking, they had a quick look to check it was safe, spotted coolant was low and topped that up. Again no charge. In my experience 5 stars all the time

Will defo use again. I took my car for its MOT to my local service in North Weald (naming no names). I suspected they had often over charged me and this time the final quote was £600. I though I was being ripped off so told them to stop. I then went to Arrow. They found the same fault so happy that my local wasn't lying about that. However, Arrow's quote for the work was £400 less than my local. I just wish I had used Arrow previously. Polite service when i dropped off/picked up car also.

I've used Arrow for many years. I always feel like I'm in good hands and not being overcharged - unlike some of their competitors! Cheers, lads!

Well organized, good work attitude, professionalism . I recommend this service , especially Dl Dan great person with highly mechanical skills.

Lazy, Lack of knowledge! My car Had an Engine light due Faulty Actuator unit (part next to the Turbo) & they told me i will need a New turbo as well! (£2000+) with Actuator because it needs to be tuned with new “Actuator unit” apparently, HAHA!
Im an Ex mechanic & did not fall for this as i know this was not true. I then took my car to another third party garage just like them & they changed the actuator for a new one & car has been running perfect every since. (Cost £250 with VAT :)
Even had an Audi garage re-check it all after some miles & confirmed, all well.

Just be careful what mechanic you use there, either check the mechanics knowledge or if suspicious don’t bother.
Was nearly £2500+ out of pocket due to mechanics lack of knowledge!

We had a blow out on the M11 and managed to crawl to this garage as we have run flats. They ordered a tyre and we were on our way again in just over an hour. Very good service

I highly recommend Arrow Garage! for the 6 years I have lived in Epping, they are courteous and with in depth knowledge, not once have they overcharged. Got me out a couple of pickles with my Land Rover Freelander for sure!
