Twice i went here to get a puncture fixed on my electric scooter , staff was nice and told me to return on Friday , I contacted them to be told to bring the bike down . On returning to the store I was approached by an obnoxious staff member , so rude and told me that he cant do the bike today and was more interested in another customer who came in after me. Instead of being polite and telling me to bring the bike another day, he just basically walk away, very unprofessional this member of staff. I wasted my fuel and time three times . I would of happily booked bike for another day, but he was just not interested in my custom. Totally rude .

I needed a hose clip removal tool, nothing suitable at the usual big car part shops. Rang Wilco they had one in for a fraction of the price of the other places. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Went into this store hoping to get a front light bulb fitted on my fiat 500 man at the till was laid back in his chair munching on his sandwich when I asked if this is something he could do he replied with no hesitation absolutely not and they did not fit light bulbs for fiat 500 as it was too much of a difficult job and recommended that I take it somewhere else he was not very polite at all and i felt extremely uncomfortable I stopped off at Halfords on the way home who happily fitted this for me in under 10 minutes and ensured me it was by no means a difficult job so I guess the man in Wilco just wanted to eat his lunch in peace I definitely won’t be going back there again anytime soon

Absolutely brilliant service. Had a small issue with a product, fantastic customer service, no stress at all, immediate replacement and guarantee. Will 100% use these guys over the big orange one every day of the week. Thanks.

Ordered a part on Monday morning and was told it would be in on Tuesday lunchtime. My wife went in to collect it after 3pm and was told it hadn't arrived. Called on Thursday to check that it had arrived, only to be told they had no record of the order. Total waste of space. Don't use this stor😡

Good for car parts and tools that are affordable, good parking and away from the town centre.

Very much a man's shop - felt like I was entering enemy territory. As a arrived on forecourt there was a large group of men standing around chatting. As soon as I parked I was asked by one of them to move the car, and yet none of them had moved an inch so I could park the car in the only space available. The number plate was made quickly but when I asked how to attach it I was told to use double sided tape that they did not supply and looked at me like I was expecting too much to actually be able to put the number plate on my car. Yup if you are a woman avoid this store; the vibe is intimidating and you are definitely not welcome.
