Halfords

Great service today from Halfords Ashford changing two headlight bulbs for me - should be an easy job but difficult to see how to do it if you're not familiar with it. The young man made it look (relatively) easy, although there's still far too much in the way you have to move before you can change a bulb!

Massive thank you to Halfords Ashford. Terence was just amazing and went out his way to help me. The young lady on the till so friendly and caring and Ed came out to look over my car and teach me anything I couldnt do!! We had an issue with the wipers and Ed worked hard to try and fix the fitting (not the blade). Terence was the star and running round the shop to get all the things I need. Please look after this team!

Went into Halfords yesterday, and the customer service I received was really friendly and helpful. Declan was particularly helpful and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Well done everybody, highly recommended.

Had a problem getting a part for my electric scooter the young lad who was such a big help and was very kind as well. Helped me a lot. Not to sure on his name. Wanted to say thank you so much for all your help, recommend if you need bike parts or help to come to Halfords.

I arrived and looked for click and collect signs. As there were none I queued up at the till, where only one till was operating. I eventually got to the till and the assistant very politely told where to go. I asked her why no signs were up. She apologised and said it would help if there were some. I went to the area to collect and nobody was there. After calling out for a few minutes someone arrived and I finally got what I came for. Staff were polite but organisation was a shambles.

A great store split over two levels with bikes and cycling accessories upstairs. A decent range of products held in stock and you can order in advance too. Staff are friendly and there's usually plenty around to help if needed. Plenty of parking in the shared car park which is free.

Even 1 star is to generous after today's experience!! Have a 12 month old halfords branded battery which took into store yesterday was told they would check and replace if showed faulty....24hours later go to store to be told yes battery is showing faults but will not exchange without receipt even tho was told otherwise could possibly understand if it wasnt a halfords brand! The store manager and battery are as useful as a chocolate teapot!

Luke (Bike Fitter) was exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Gave of his time and expertise. Excellent customer service. Many Thanks!
