Ordered on line for collection, went to the store to collect, I was fifth in the queue when I arrived, there was one girl taking orders which seemed silly as there were four customers waiting......Then! She had to go and pick the customers order! From start to finish it took me 25 minutes to collect my alternator, seriously ECP you need to stop being so tight and get some extra staff, this was not a good experience and It has put me off using you. Couldn't give 0 stars so one will have to do.

Slow service . I only collect so consistently given wrong parts even if you take old part in. Costs more when you get there than what they quoted over phone

I wanted a brake light switch for my VW T4, waited over 1/2 an hour to get served (only 1 other customer). New part (Facet 7.1151) cash and collect, price £13. Very expensive, The identical part at numerous other Motor Factors is around £6.50p. Will never use Euro Parts again.

Long queues no apologies for the long wait, but good prices and efficient on e you get served. Only one person serving with lots wandering around

Always a +30 minute waiting time, even when its quiet. Front desk often empty. Don’t know where they go to pick the parts but pretty sure Narnia would be quicker.

No complaints. Shop was busy but service was slick
Everything in stock and open on a Sunday only the lazy sods in Strood
GSF was cheaper though!

It's easy to order the parts you need from the website, and collection from this branch was trouble free as well, with plenty of parking available.
