Very disappointed. I ordered some headlight bulbs for my car. When I got them home, one of the bulbs was not the same type and was blown. I had to return to the shop and the manager replaced the bulb. I asked him if he could fit it for my inconvenience. He flatly refused. I had hoped they would after having to do another 25 mile round trip to get this swapped.

One of the member of staff called Kirsty, offered a free health check on my car, whilst I was paying for an item. She was really friendly and checked my car throughly. She explained about the service. It was very helpful.

I had a front and back dash cam fitted by Jack and it worked perfectly up until it randomly stopped, I brought it back in and he couldn't see any issue but couldn't seem to get it to work.

He then within an hour, replaced the entire hardwire kit for me free of charge and got everything back up and running again. Lovely chap and really good service.

Andy was incredibly friendly and helpful this morning both on the phone and in person. He fixed my car issues very efficiently and made me feel a lot more confident about my drive back to Birmingham. Thanks Andy!

Fantastic help and advice from the Bike team upstairs at Halford's Folkestone. Review and exchange of previous bike was very easy and the guidance given to decide on, and order, a new Electric Bike plus accessories was extremely helpful. Couldn't have asked for me - well except the heating to be turned down upstairs.

Service at this branch was reasonable but halfords in general not so good purchased a satnav inshore at folkestone and was told it would be ready for collection Saturday a wait of two days on subsequently Checking online found out had I purchased it on line Ollerton would be one hour
