Bloody useless.. drove to fetch a CV boot I desperately needed to find it had been opened was greasy marks and bits missing out box..refund. Drove to next branch as they had one in stock. Picked it up drove back. Wrong one... Rang to say I was on my way but might be a few minutes late... They wouldn't wait. Also Closed Sunday... Neeeded the van for monday. Thanks for nothing. Also quoted me 76 quid for a wheel bearing that was 28 quid next door at their competition. And only 14b qiud on line...
Will never use again.

Don’t bother with these guys there attitude stinks and 9/10 times they are going to give u the wrong part and blame you after.Car was on the ramps and I had to book a taxi down not once but twice!!! 3rd time lucky..From now on going to use next door a friendly service there and also they give you the part you ask for

Usrd their website to order some new fog lights for my focus found website easy to use was email that they would be in the following day later that day i had another email saying i collect them anytime sfter 10,am went down was greeted by a pleasant assistant checked email order no, then fetched them for me ihave used them .before and always found the assistants knowledgeable and polite

Great customer service, was walking home after collecting bulbs for my car and the lady at the front desk who got my order(didn't grab her name) offered to go out of her way and drop them to me just incase they got damaged on my way home decided to take the chance anyway thanks!

Does what it says on the tin!! Gave my reg. Number and the guy got me the correct type and amount of oil and a filter. In and out in 10min with sensible prices. 👍🏼

Excellent service and they did their best to help me with an emergency I had to find the part I wanted even on the end of the day hours and they even returned a call I had made after hours to check why I had called them and if I needed anything.

Disgusting service!!! Lady with the glasses is a lier very arrogant and not nice to talk and lied with advice about parts that I was asking she told me there is nothing on the stock when system online shows there is one I said to her that and she told me that is the system always is that with a very arrogant ton of voice but I can sell you this one she said is better and cheep the other you pay only for the mark, I was sure the other was better and she is a liar you know that feeling so outside I checked and the part she told me is better is not! ordered online last part that she told me nothing in stock without checking!!! on the desk was a great young guy his service is always top they should learn to form him how to serv customer!!! always best advice and welcome I asked him if that part peter then that she told me he has confirmed not!!! AVOID ARROGANT LADY IN GLASSES!!!! she doesn't have anything to say I was asked her three times and always was arrogant and confirmed noting in stock without checking!!!!!!!!!!!!! and confirming three times the part she is selling is better omg in the professional shop where well-educated people are buying parts she thinks someone will believe in her lies? AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
