If they don want to attend to a customer over the phone they could tell it straight away rather than telling the person will be in next week and when you call next week the same answer again.

Bought a R34 front bumper, a spoiler and some rear overfenders. 2 stars because delivered on time and packaged well but quality of the bumper and overfenders is shocking. Terrible fitment for the overfenders and the bumper is warped in places around the grill openings.
