Halfords - Sutton-in-Ashfield

Went in for a bike for my grandaughter. Although there was a bit of a wait, we saw a friendly store assistant who answered all our questions and chose the right size bike for her. Very knowledgeable on bikes.

Credit where credit is due, I placed my order for the Halfords single burner camping stove and four campingaz butane bottles, we went down this morning to pick them up and in typical scatter brain fashion I forgot to take my phone and the piece of paper I had written the number on. I’m disabled and sent my wife in to see if we still could collect them,The young man who served her was so helpful, even made two trips out to the car to speak to me. That’s above and beyond, wish I knew his name but he knows who he is. Halfords you have a good employee there.

My first visit to Halfords and will not be my last. I found the whole experience from start to finish excellent I needed a new back number plate for my car
which was fitted on site in under 30 minutes including a free 10 pints check. Thanks guys.

Ever increasing range of car care products, found what I needed with good assistance. I always feel this stores sales counter is way to small. Q

Been into the shop today to order a bike for my son for Christmas. I was having a bad morning and feeling quite sorry for myself. As soon as I stepped in store, Mark asked me if I needed help. After telling him what I needed he took me to the bike department and helped me place my order, he went over and above for me and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. I am so grateful for his patience and assistance. I managed to save 150 pound off the bike too! I am no longer having a bad day thanks to Mark!!!

Excellent friendly, courteous service, everything was explained well and was told any problems to come back to them.

I don't know who the member of staff was that half served me but he came across as totally obnoxious, wasn't expecting that attitude in a store like that.....he walked off half way through serving me, and passed the service over to a nice younger guy. Think power may have gone to his head. Won't be returning to that outlet.

We bought the above set online,based on the number plate,we were in a masive rush to get redy to leave for Christmas holiday,my wife picked this up,brought it to the garage that the car was,we handed to the garage individual without opening it before or check for any missing parts,the minute we gave it to mechanic he said there is one bolt missing,not only that but he tried them on and not even fit.i have called Halfords to let them know of the issues,very kindly they said no issues there,go back to the place we bought it from and the store manager will assist us,by my mistake i end up going to a different Halfords ,NG17 1BE is the one that we collect it from,but i was in a rush and end up in a different Halfords store NG18 2RA,a lady called JANE implied that i have lost one of the missing bolts,and i should deal with it.Really unprofessional and rude by a member of staff that suppose to help,she didn't even let me explain
