Popped into the store to get some car cleaning supplies and asked a member of staff about what I should get to get the best finish. He was incredibly helpful, called over his colleague who is a professional detailer to give further advice, and was generally a great person to help. They were so great, I bought a bit more than I needed and kinda wanted to go for a beer with them, top one, thanks!

I got a puncture on my cycle home and thankfully it was 5 mins from the Balham Halfords. A bike mechanic named John was really helpful and got me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. He was very professional, polite and speedy. Would definitely recommend his services. Thanks again John!

I went to Halfords in Balham and I’ve been attended by this lovely Portuguese guy, very helpful, extremely polite, very professional, amazing customer service, friendly. Bought a new Sony DAB audio unit for my older 2008 car with fitting by Halfords. Turned out to be a difficult fit but Nick didn’t rest until he’d solved the problem. Took a while but he kept me informed and once finally working didn’t charge me fitting to compensate for the several visits. Very neat job with the DAB windscreen arial and microphone. Appreciated.

I’ve visited this Halfords store for my last couple of bike repairs and the service I’ve received has been superb!!! The bike servicing & repair team really are brilliant at what they do. They are friendly, efficient and always happy to help. Usually completing the repairs right away or on the day when other bike shops could take days, even weeks. Not sure of his name but the guy that’s usually on shift at the bike repair kiosk, he wears a large rain jacket - he is so good at his job and deserves some kind of reward or pay rise!! He’s so personable, rapid with his repairs and not fazed by anything. Every experience I’ve had at this store has been very positive and I’ll definitely be back, even though it’s about 8km from my house, I’ll happily travel because they’ve looked after me (and my bike) so well!

Outstanding customer service & required part fitted without delay. As I am a member was offered the free 10 point service at the same time. All staff very polite and told me to keep inside in the warm whilst they worked on car.

Excellent service from Halfords on my free bike check! No issue when I arrived early, I was quickly shown what was wrong and it was fixed as well as cleaned for me! Would definitely recommend
