Far beyond the level of service I would have expected. Got a bike puncture near the store but far from home. Staff fitted a new tube quickly for a reasonable price. Also alerted me to other issues with the bike and performed some repairs to keep it going free of charge. Absolute heroes, saved my day!

Shocking from placing my order online to collection tonight! Date & time selected for collection when ordering came up with an error message, called customer services (Sth African) who offered me the same date / time I had originally booked.
Then get text with a link to advise extras ordered were sent to Epsom store ready for collection, good news.
Followed by another update that my bike now wasn’t going to be ready, no guarantee of it being delivered to store over the weekend, customer services advised the 5th Aug, store said ready today. I then get three messages from Epsom store with conflicting dates for collection. Called this morning to be told it was due in at 1pm today so I could get it from 5pm.

Arrived at store at 6pm to find three people test riding bikes all around the shop, hardly safe!!! Eventually seen by a young guy who was about to quit, clearly had enough!
Bike wasn’t ready, none of my extras were fitted & my Thule phone mount that I was told last week by text was in store, he couldn’t find anywhere. Took two of them to eventually find it, I didn’t even bother adjusting the saddle or handlebars or asking them to fit the extras. Get home, and my fault for not checking in store, but after the hassle encountered I just wanted to get out, the wrong size helmet I’ve been given & no paperwork for my 3yr cover, so fed up with them, I wouldn’t recommend or use them again!!

Just hope my bike is enjoyable and I don’t encounter any more issues!!!

I popped to Halfords Epsom on the off chance this morning that they had in stock a new battery for my car and that someone would be available to fit it. Every single member of staff I was in contact with was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The battery was bought, fitted, tested and I was out again within about 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again. Very impressed with every member of staff and their attitude, willingness to help and speed of getting my request done.

Really helpful team. They worked together to figure out how to get me the best possible price using various discounts and fitted four bulbs in just a few minutes. I also noticed that as soon as a queue formed at the tills another staff member appeared. Not bad for a summer Sunday.

My experience was lovely. A colleague called Dan was super helpful and was excellent at his job. There was a couple of colleagues who were a bit unhelpful but not Dan! He did a 10 point car check on my car and was perfect! He is a great asset to your team!

I ordered replacement number plates which supposedly are put together an hour after payment. On arrival the next day, this wasn’t the case and I had to wait for them to be created.

I also paid for fitting. The lack of coordination and apparent knowledge was laughable. I had to ask the fitter to clean the surface before fitting the plates (as a manager had advised) and he replied, oh sorry. No one told me. Really? I’d say that fitting plates is probably the easiest task for “We Fit” technicians and I wouldn’t trust them to do much else.

Had two brake light bulbs fitted. Excellent service. Efficient and speedy from start to finish. Well worth the £16 charge.

Walked in tonight for a click and collect on a kids bike, I could tell staff were busy on deliveries (not in a bad way, they were just working away). It was a kids bike and a few extra bits. Unfortunately our daughter really didn't like what had been ordered by us. She saw other bikes and wanted to change. The gentlemen that helped us really took the time to help make sure the bike she had seen was suitable and made us feel really well looked after. I felt bad that we had to change everything we had ordered but wasn't made to feel bad at all at the store. Its the sort of situation that makes me feel really awkward and it was so helpful that staff took their time and looked after me and my little daughter 😀 it said on the receipt that Christopher served us, thanks again for your help!
