Nick and his team are very professional and knowledgeable. They always have stock of everything I need to keep my E-Type Jaguar running perfectly following the engine re-build they carried out. My car has never run as well as it does now. Thanks guys !

Nick and the Jag Shop are unprofessional and I would highly recommend you DO NOT take your car anywhere near them. They racked up a bill of £540 without my permission, Nick then after about an hour of telling me that he has 20 years of experience said they would "reduce" it to £440 but then charged me £540 anyway. They said they would email me an invoice and have failed to provide any invoice or record of their work they supposedly undertook. The car is still broken. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Left my Jaguar xkr to have an inspection before leaving for a long trip. They charged me 110 gbp to let me know that there were a few issues but that i could drive the car with no problem. They didnt realize that the car was running with 4 cylinders instead of 8. They told me thay brake disks were damaged and Need to be changed. I asked them to give me a quotation but owner was too busy to send It (wonder what i have bene charged for..). As soon as i got to my finale destination i went to another mechanic and he Just told me that brake disks were new and brake pads as well. I Just checked all invoices left me from previous owner and i found an invoice for new disk brakes and pads. HOW INCOMPETENT AND WHAT AN ATTITUDE!

So good to find a garage that specialises in Jaguars and also offers excellent customer service supplied by Nick and the team. Highly recommended

Had a suspension fault on my XF and took it to my nearest Jaguar main dealer in Cornwall who told me that the parts were on back order and could be a month or so. They told me that they had looked on eBay and these things could not be sourced anywhere. A light bulb moment later and I remembered having very positive experience with the Jag Shop and Mike sourced new original parts the very next morning. I went back to the dealer, who wasn't very helpful but when I said that I wasn't going to pay them for their diagnostics they suddenly found that the parts were available within 24 hours. Odd. The moral of the story is to go straight to these guys who know what they are doing, rather than a pretty face in a flashy showroom who doesn't know if it's Christmas or Easter

My experience of the Jag Shop is 100% positive. I have been restoring my E-Type and have nothing but praise for they're knowledge and very helpful advice. They have a huge stock of parts readily available and are able to source most parts next day if out of stock.

Absolutely dreadful.
Enquired about 4 bolts for an egr valve and as soon as I said I don't need the valve I only need the bolts (that they already confirmed they sell seperately)
They didn't want to know,

Gave them a second chance and enquired about a seal for my egr valve and from my enterpratation if your not needing to spend out money money they aren't interested in your custom...
As soon as they knew the value of my sale would be around 10 15 quid all in... They ignored me they literally just ignored me... Which I took for them not deeming me worth there time and the sale / revenue wasnt worth dealing with...
First order of profit is... Profit is profit.
