Halfords - Nuneaton

Excellent service today. The mechanic who replaced my car battery was friendly, efficient and shift! Very impressed with the speed of booking an appointment in store and the price.

Nuneaton shop is fine, just the website. Ordered a car battery for a Ford Fiesta, and it would not fit correctly. Then when back to Nuneaton, and changed it for the correct one at more than double the cost. Got that one home and it still did not fit properly without modification. This is a Ford Fiesta, one of the most common cars on the road and the website cannot get it right. Or is there an agenda to get more money out of the customer?

Excellent service fitted my new battery in ten minutes…..Only twenty pounds for fitting…Saves getting cold hands and taking time to fit….Good price for a new battery as well.

The Store always looks very tidy and so clean, all the Staff Work in a Professional Manner, I enjoy shopping here all the Staff are all very knowledgeable and know there Stuff. I would recommend shopping here 100%

Went in the store today. I just want to say the young chap and the lovely lady behind the till. Have excellent customer service. The young lad went out his way to explain something to us and then advised us which product to use. All I want to say is a big thank you because you just saved me £800. Everything is working for me again on my car. Keep it up guys. 👍🏽

Staff is very treacherous to customer. I had hard emergency situation with car and was unable to move somewhere else. They couldn't help me but offer parking place when i can keep my car as long as i can without any paid. After 2 hours i got help and move out and week later i got notification that i been charged 40 £ for staying in parking. i'm not recommend this place to any driver.

Helpful staff! Would use again and recommend. Makes such a difference having someone interested on the tills :)
