Went into the store earlier in the week and told the staff what I needed doing. Said it was fine and to bring the bike in. Walked for good few miles with my bike to be told they don't handle the model of bike. Communications and specific information to make sure the job needs to be done should be more clear. Guys offered sound advice after to help could off saved me the time and the trouble by troubleshooting in advance.

Spoke to Nick and he was a very helpful knowledgeable gentleman and helped me save some money on oil, I will definitely use this shop again, and it’s nice to purchase from a store that isn’t a big chain as well.

I POPPED IN TO MOTTINGHAM VILLAGE AUTO SPARE SHOP IN DECEMBER 2022 TO BUT T CUT FOR MY CAR. VERY HELPFUL GUY THAT RUNS THE SHOP HELPED ME IN BUYING THE RIGHT ONE THAT I NEEDED FOR MY CAR. VERY REASONABLE PRICE ESPECIALLY FOR BEING A LOCAL AUTO SPARES SHOP.& ALSO A LOT OF CHOICES FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU NEED OR MIGHT NEED FOR YOUR CAR. VAN. & I GATHER THAT HE SELLS MOTOR BIKE OR PEDAL BIKE STUFF THAT IM NOT TO SURE ON BUT IT IS WORTH TRYING THERE. THE AUTOSPARES SHOP HAS BEEN THERE FOR AROUND 30 /. 40 YEARS OR MORE AS I DO REMEMBER GOING IN THERE IN THE 1980S. I DO HOPE THIS HELPS PEOPLE. FIVE STARS.

A little more expensive then some other places but the man who served us was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone looking to support local businesses and shop locally.
