Outstanding service today by Bradley and Benny and also Supervisor Josh.

I went in today to ask them to fit a bulb to my brake light. The light was stubborn....really stubborn!!

Bradley was actually just about to leave his shift at 5pm but he went above and beyond and stayed until 5.30pm to help to fix the stubborn light issue. Which wouldn't come out of it casing and the bulb was stuck. He was assisted by Benny who hadn't been there long but had a great sense of humour and fit in well with the team.

Josh was just supervising but so helpful and assisted me in store while I was there for other items.

Such a friendly bunch of people in store.
Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Wow! Great service from Benny. He was patient and explained each option in detail to us so that we could make an informed choice. He is an asset to Halfords in Swadlincote.

I went today for a indicator bulb as it would not work and thought it was a blown bulb. After it was changed , I was told that this wasn't the issue. The whole light unit would not work. Geoff who has only been there just over three weeks from another store was an absolute diamond. He overheard my conversation and said he could help. He came out and sorted the issue and probably saved me a big bill from a garage. He was cheerful and very helpful .

If I could give minus stars I would. I do not recommend this store for stereo fitments. No communication and lack of customer service.
Wrong stereo put into my vehicle and then the stereo I wanted didn’t have the right fitments….. it had been at the store for over 2 weeks as no one had contacted me?!
All I got from manager is he needs to order whole new stereo!!!
So left with no option but to go back another day and have it all taken out and go somewhere else who has customer service and wants my business.
The only good thing about this store are the store workers who are clearly drowning, but are trying to keep the store afloat. However the lack of leadership is obvious.
Maybe someone from Halfords customer service management team would like to answer my email that covers in detail my shocking customer experience because the store manager clearly doesn't really care.

Great service from the team at Halfords Swadlincote. I have been to have a headlight side light changed. I have paid to have it fitted, and I am happy with the service. Unfortunately I have to take my car to the garage for further investigation to be done ✔️

I had to make today a headlight bulb replacement and the gentlemen over there were highly respectful and qualified for the matter, not only they sorted out in an unexpectedly very timely manner but they also offered additional advices on how to keep up with my car. Highly grateful and happy for this experience! Rating goes above and beyond!

Had a new car battery installed and aligned with the dashboard the man who did it very nice and polite and fast, excellent service.

Prompt friendly service, my battery was fitted quickly by the technician who was very personable.
