These guys are always very helpful and knowledgeable. If they haven't got something they will do their best to get it. Also Tgey are very reasonably priced. High Street parts suppliers often end up being a waste of time. I can use this place as a one stop shop. I don't have time to waste so this place is vital for my business.

Very Rude over the phone and got annoyed when I asked technical specifications on a car battery, simply said "sir i'm not a mechanic".. when everywhere on the other competitors sites specs are posted clearly

Order placed online wasn't dispatched for 7 days even though it said all in stock and ready for dispatch, poor service

Shocking on line service,prices advertised are not correct. I ordered an item and paid for it( yes they accepted payment) only to email us to tell us advertised price was not correct they did refund my money,but they lied on email correspondence different story every time.wrong price,out of stock.etc.disgusting attitude.
Trading standards have been informed.

shocking service for 1st order. no sort of business skills and indeed advertising things that are not in stock and that they advise they cannot get in stock. I ignored all previous bad reviews. I wish i did not now as they all seem so true

This place is terrible, I was told my car needed a system update, so I paid for it, didn't get a invoice, the problem persisted until I went to another mechanic only to be told that the update hadn't been either done or wasn't done properly. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.
