Halfords - Croydon

Would like to personally praise Kyra in your 0536 store who really helped me out with a new car key battery at 15.08 today. However, not impressed with the Manager who stood by the front entrance on his phone. Would not serve anyone, yet queue was long and Kyra had not had her break. She even offered other colleagues to take theirs while she went without. A true star, unlike the Manager!!

Went to collect my new bike, it was closed due to staff shortage and 2 employees were helping to customers next to entry door. I've paid for my bike to be checked and put together but when I got home all screws were loose. Need to go all the way back to halfords to get my new bike checked again so I can ride it on the road without falling and hurt myself.

Best customer service ever.
Went in to see if they could fix my back wheel of my bike not only were they helpful but informative really nice guys.
Ended up buying a bike, they help me with all the information and answered all my questions they were just fantastic.

Staffs were very helpful. Recommended the best deal and cheapest way to buy the items I was buying. I will go there again next time I need something from Halfords.

I rocked up at Halfords today as urgently needed my daughters Christmas bike built. I met the kindest, genuine human known as Eden. He was super friendly, professional and fixed it asap. Bearing in mind he didn’t have to he could of used any number of excuses as it’s Christmas Eve. But he didn’t he did the most amazing thorough job on the bike. He meticulously checked every single part, knowing he was taking his time was appreciate immensely he is such a pure soul. I’m so thrilled to of met him today. He made my day and my daughter will be elated. Thank you so much Merry Christmas to you all. All the best for the future Halfords Croydon he is fabulous💫

I attended Halfords this morning and afternoon, to get some advice with my MOT and received excellent customer service from Kiya & Russell on both visits. They were both well-informed, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. I was very happy with the service!!!…Kiya fitted my windscreen wiper & Head light bulbs in no time!!!

My bike has been repaired at Halford Windmill Road Croydon. I was very satisfied satisfied with the service. Martyn was very nice and helpful. He’s an asset to your company.
