Went to Blacken Halfords to pick up wheel trims that I'd ordered. When Brandon saw that I'd got the wrong size... He arranged for a credit and so good that they had 16" in store there! He was friendly, super helpful putting on the trims and even secured them with my cable ties... Marvellous 5* service... Many thanks Brandon!

Went to buy Coolant this morning from Blackfen branch. The lady (staff) at the till was wonderfully helpful and friendly . She suggested to join the subscription for free and get £5.00 off from the £20.00 purchase. She was so patient and helped with the registration. Great working attitude at Halfords. Makes everyone happy. Thank you.

I needed a front bulb replaced on my car Honestly took about 2 minutes. I cannot fault the service. The staff were very pleasant and quick. Well done

Great customer service with warm and welcoming staff who made my visit feel unique to myself. I made a click and collect order and turned up before order was due to be collected but received goods straight away. Would definitely recommend 👌

Would give 10 stars if i could. We had white paint on our bumper. The gentleman suggested which tube I needed and he told me how to use it. Brilliant. Worked a treat. All gone!!!

Very disappointed with the online Halford services. I ordered 1 item to collect at Blackfen branch the next day, but received a call saying it was out of stock. I was informed that I would be able to collect it at a different branch in Charlton. The staff at the branch were nice but suddenly a lady supervisor was unnecessarily rude and told me I cannot collect the item here and that I would have to cancel the order and re order again to get from Charlton. The other staff had to explain to her to contact Blackfen branch before the Blackfen branch also explained it to her before she finally let me collect the item. This branch lady supervisor (?) definitely needs some customers service training.

I went to Halfords Blackfen today as I had managed to jam the seat belt between my babies car seat and the isofix base. Hayley was extremely helpful and wouldn’t give up until she had rectified the problem. So grateful for your help. Thank you.
