ordered a sensor online for collection, once in shop a colleague served the person who came after me because he knew him. Picked up my item and it looked like it came from rubbish bin. i will take the picture of actual sensor on which they removed something engraved with a grinder. i had no choice hence used that. my local ECP staff are lovely and parts are 👌. won’t recommend to anyone not, the staff was eating food and serving customers. then another colleague did that job of serving his mate first. disgusting

A great little place that you can order almost any car item you can imagine into. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff are very friendly. They often have weekend discounts on their website which makes the deals even better. The only issue is parking - there's not much of it, and it can be quite difficult to park when it's busy.

Unfortunately although the people serving were very polite they managed to get one of the parts incorrect , only found out when the garage I use went to fit them . Now I will have to go out of my way to return them & get my money back .

Ordered carriage paid stated 3-4 days collected myself day 7 and there was at least 3 vans parked up, main customer service worse than useless as wanted to email them so I called the branch and collected myself, will go on ebay/amazon in future

All right if thay get the parts right . cheaper on carparts for less is there sister company much better and half the price
