Absolutely first rate advice given, I have bought several hard to find items from them, the quality and workmanship has been impeccable.
I wish they would produce new S.U. D5 carburettors in the near future, can't find them anywhere else.

Very helpful staff and quick service. I had fuel leak on the S U Fuel Pump, said all that I required was a lower seal, Job done no more fuel leak, A very honest company. Thank you.

Ordered carburetor repair kit, but they included the wrong size flange O-ring for the carburetor that the kit was specified for. I rang them up and they wanted to charge me £5 postage to send the correct one!

They couldn't have been nicer when I took a trip to their premises...they tested my faulty electronic fuel pump, identified the fault, corrected it and half an hour later gave it back to me and said it's "on the house".

Terrible experience that goes on forever. I needed an SU gasket but thought I would buy the whole float lid assembly including gasket. Ordered on the phone, checking that the part I ordered was for the lid, float and gasket and paid over £50. When the packet arrived it was just the lid, so I missed my free MOT retest and now have £100 costs. Rang up and they confirmed that the assembly should have been lid, float and gasket, and they would raise a new order to ship the correct part and refund me when they received the old one back. The next package was the lid and the float and no gasket. Complained again and they confirmed that the gasket had been omitted from the assembly. So they then sent out the gasket. 3 weeks in all. I still haven't had my refund and they haven't answered my email. Terrible customer service and they didn't even try to blame it on Covid!
