13.06.2022 Came to get my daughter a helmet for her scooter. First time I've bought one and couldn't fit it on properly. We went upstairs to the bike area and the sales assistant was very helpful, tried the helmet on, made sure it was a good it and not wobbly, asked my daughter to hit is had with her head. Service was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend as so much choice and not too long a wait.

Buying a child car seat is a minefield if you’re a clueless grandparent. David at the Barker St store in Norwich guided us in a really patient friendly manner and demonstrated how to fit it correctly. He was very knowledgeable on all the various seats and the legislation.He answered all our questions clearly and left us feeling happy with our purchase.

Replacing battery in tight bonnet space - so glad I didn’t try this myself - the alarm shrieks continuously during attempt to disconnect the battery. All front box/hoses have to be disconnected to get the battery out. Chris and his colleague cracked it very quickly, installed the new battery and reconnected the box and houses. I was in and out of Halfords in 15 minutes. Brilliant service. Competitive price.

Booked a service appointment slot via a telephone call. Got the text confirming time and date. When i got to the store at 10.30 i was told there was no record on the system, and could i wait until 2pm! NO i cant, as have other commitments. Asked the bloke a couple of quick fire questions which partly helped, but wasnt able to make any adjustments to my bike.

Excellent service. Three man team took care of enquiry, job & payment. Introduced to the membership benefits and saved more than a third of today's costs. Got a free 10 point vehicle check, free mot and a promise of a £10 welcome voucher!

Popped in today to get a rear wiper blade. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Had the blade fitted as well.

Halfords have a reputation for having a wide product range and helpful staff. This is certainly true at this branch.I had to wait a while as there were not enough staff and a number of customers who needed individual attention (unexpected on a Monday afternoon!) but once I found Connor I had his undivided attention for an hour, when he fixed my Sat Nav advised me about products and sorted out my payment. Excellent, charming and knowledgeable with no pressure selling. He would like the car park organised into a one way system with an entry and exit point on the site and I agree with him. It must be a nightmare at really busy times. All the staff are obliging and polite. I won't hesitate to return. Gold star to Connor and all the guys.
