Halfords - Leighton Buzzard

I found what I wanted.One item, the young lady helped me with,as what I looked & asked for,had been superseded.Most helpful,service excellent and friendly.I was able to continue my roofbox scuff repair and paint also restore my rear wiper cover to it's original colour,black!,from pale grey!?.Great job,Davd

Pretty poor service from the store. Booked appointment for a safety check on a mountain bike for 1-1.30pm. The store weren't sure if they had someone available to do the checks despite having booked this in. In the end some said they would do the checks and I could come back in 15-20 mins. I went off for about 30 mins and when I returned I asked if the bike was ready. I was greeted by a female member of staff who was pretty rude. "It won't be ready" she told me rudely. No apology and not great customer service. When it was ready to pick up I was told it t was ready 30 mins later, I was told I could book it for a silver service by their trained technician. I asked the store who did the checks and it was not the trained technician. Not great. I won't be booking in the bike for a service with Halfords. Really bad customer service.

Can’t recommend enough; staff members couldn’t be more helpful about my tyre pressures and used her machine to do it for me at no charge. I went back to get my wipers replaced and ditto the same great service by Donna and Cameron.

Really great customer service from everyone in store especially Nathan who carried out my car check. Would highly recommend this branch and its staff.

I visited Halfords, Leighton Buzzard to have two car bulbs replaced. It’s not straight forward on my car but Tamsin was able to do it efficiently and without fuss. Halfords are lucky to have such a determined member of staff.

Excellent service from Terri in the Leighton Buzzard store. She was polite and jolly and served us immediately, no fuss and walked out with brand new number plate. Would highly recommend

The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've had help with fitting of a towbar bike rack, car windscreen wipers and yesterday car headlight bulb changed. Excellent service.
