This place is a joke they advertise bikes and bike parts. No innertubes no chains no hand grips no seats didnt even have a puncher repair kit i asked if they could order 24 x 3 innertubes woman said they dont make that size my bike was outside the shop with 24 x3 tyres an innertubes on it they dont stock anythin staff are totaly clueless

I really liked this business but I bought a set of jump cables for £25 that just didn’t work with my van, I then connected a cheap £6 set from Tesco and immediately the battery sprung to life. In my opinion the leads couldn’t pull the power through strong enough and weren’t as efficient as the price suggests. Instead of friendly customer service I got the gentlemen testing the kit, declaring they were fit for purpose and that I was clearly not using them properly.

Using jump cables isn’t rocket science, I had checked the connection during the attempts to jump and received no response to the battery, I even left the battery for an hour with my partners car running to give a charge and not a single bit of life transferred into it. Furthermore I have jumpstarted several vehicles and never had an issue, to suggest I was doing a simple task wrong is not only insulting, it’s infuriating.

You have officially lost my business and the business of others I have pointed your way.

Such a shame you forget the needs of your customers over your bottom line figure.
