Halfords - Ormskirk

New car stereo fitted lunchtime today 😊!! Nathan, Caroline and tall dark lad (sorry forgot name) just lovely members of staff with excellent customer service. I was contacted whilst car was at store to keep me updated on stereo progress. It took a while longer due to car issues but I was unnecessary apologised too!! After stereo was fitted the car was treated to a complimentary health check with Nathan to include; screen wash top up, oil check, lights check and battery check. I was most impressed with the Halfords team who go the unexpected extra mile and it was most appreciated!! Look forward to store return!!

Absolutly amazing staff 2 young lads so helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them. Had 2 headlight bulbs fitted in less than 2 minutes of entering the shop!! Had earlier been to Halfords Aintree where I found the staff very rude and abrupt and was told at least a 30 minute wait... drove to Ormskirk well worth the drive 5 star for the 2 lads there

Been coming here for the past 3 years to have our bikes serviced and maintained.
The staff are superb, and nothing is too much for them.
The after service is also great, and I certainly won't be looking elsewhere when it comes to looking at buying new bikes in the future

I needed a can of special rust covering paint, I called into Halfords at 5.15pm, sanitisers were set on a table as you enter the store, just ideal and no queues! I saw a member staff who directed me to the correct section of the store.
Then a young lady went to the till to take payment, I mentioned the Halfords price was more than another local store and she did a check then gave me a price match and I got the item for the same price.
Excellent customer service, as always in this store. They know their products and are always helpful, friendly and quick. I also bought their black face-mask, as the assistant recommended it has good coverage and is comfortable, I definitely agree. The store is open till early evening and is a safe shopping experience. I can highly recommend this Ormskirk Halfords store.

Excellent service on sons bike. Staff were brilliant, friendly and welcoming. No hidden extras. All round superb experience. I'd highly recommend using this branch of Halfords and not others in the area. Well done Halfords Ormskirk Team.

The gentleman who assisted me was attentive and helpful. Helped me pick out the right spray paints for a project and helped me carry over to the till as well as take payment.
Couldn't be a more personable - despite uncertain times I was made to feel welcome.

I popped in today as I needed replacement wipers for my VW polo. Your staff member (sorry I didn’t get his name - short dark hair early 20s) on the desk was superb!!

He helped me measure and recheck the type / length needed as the Computer threw up the wrong results.

He checked with me out in a very very rainy car park and back in store to make sure I got the right ones.

He was a great credit to your store! THANK YOU!

Purchased child car seats. Got plenty info and advice from a very knowledgeable young man. He was a credit to the store. He also gave me a great demonstration of how to fit the seats.
