Halfords - Ipsw Euro Park

Visited Halfords as our car needed a new side light as the bulb had gone. My husband was asked to wait for an assistant which he did and the assistant soon arrived, found the appropriate bulb and within a few moments had fitted the bulb. A fast and painless task. Polite and helpful staff, easy access to the shop.

Been 3 times for car issues in the past year and staff from Ipswich Europark were always very friendly and help you. They have your needs at the forefront of their services and genuinely want to help. I always leave feeling positive. Shout out to Max who helped me today! (I looked at his badge before I drove off as I never know their names 🤣)

Served by Rell today at the Ipswich store (Euro) and he was fantastic very helpful and polite.
He answered all our questions and helped us find the best value for money on our new dash cam.

Very good experience at Halfords today. The staff are attentive without being pushy, very well informed about their products and always polite and professional. Today I was helped by Aaron and I could not fault his attitude, an asset to the company.

Thought l needed to replace the battery on my Mgtf - drove to Europark depot (competitve prices) and selected the battery... Reece at Halfords ran a few tests on the old battery with a meter.... nothing was to much trouble. Turned out l didn't need a new battery saving £103. Cheers. I was very impressed with Reece's approach and professionalism with customers an asset Halfords. Well done and thanks.

Two purchases today....on-line pick up very good. Also, Martin at Ipswich Euro Park repaired my Grandson's bike....superb job at a great price. Well done guys.

Good service. Purchased a new front light for my bike. Had a member of staff give me a recommendation for a rechargeable one and I'm very happy with the purchase. I can now get to work and back and not be in the pitch black. Will be booking my bike in for a service soon.

Bear in mind it was a very cold day and not one to fiddle about replacing car light bulbs. Add that my car is a pig to do the job on. Reece/Rhys did a fabulous job. Nice guy with a very good way about him. Much appreciated.
