Halfords - Nuthall Road Nottingham (Nottingham)

I have been been here a number of times recently for various bike parts, each time I have been served by Keisha and every time the service has been excellent. She is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to ensure that you get the the right part for the job. A real asset to Halfords and one of the key reasons I use the store.

Superb service!! Had my headlight fixed last week. The chap that helped me was super helpful, really polite & friendly, & fixed it in minutes. If I’m that way again & need something - I’d definitely go to that branch.

Took my bike for a free health check. Was very happy with the friendly service provided by Cam. Think he did a few tweaking and extras free of charge

Disappointed. Having been told my new bike was ready to be collected and they would fit the mudguards they recommended I found they hadn't been fitted and I would be charged for them to fit them on top of the almost £600 I had already paid. Then the shop assistant found the type they recommended wouldn't fit and I had to purchase a set costing a lot more. In fairness they fitted them for free but what a disappointing experience.

Susanne was phenomenal. I came in for a bulb fit and she signed me up to the motoring club. I got £5 off my purchase and she told me all about the £49 a year sign up for a free MOT, £10 voucher and 2 free 10 point checks which I will be signing up to. She was really busy and doing the multi tasking women do but I felt I got her full attention throughout the whole transaction she was so helpful and as a new customer to the store I will definitely be returning after the service Susanne gave today.

No bile repair availability during the day hardly hit and miss when no bile technicians are their other staff don't know what their doing so don't expect help with your bike. Not good experience today bit of a dispute with my collection. Rude member of staff and was commenting how going to bike was doing her head in to college as its not her department lovely atmosphere for customers not

Can't say I'm to happy went to this store to get my popped bike wheel fixed and gear cable it was done fast however a week after me receiving my bike back the gear cable was not put on properly and had completely fell of while I was riding and before I could react my pedal had went over it causing me to fall of my bike thank god I was wearing a helmet or I very well may of been in hospital my bike is more damaged now and I have only just recovered so I will be returning my bike on Monday the 14th and I would expect it to be fixed for free since this has not been my fault but the staff at this store and for the record I'm 14 years old and have to ride my bike to school everyday. However I will give a 2 star since the service was fast but I am seriously considering suing for the damages and the risk
