Halfords - Winchester

Shop assistant was helpful. However having agreed to purchase 2 bikes for my grandchildren, I did not know the price of the Carrera Saruna until after I had paid for both. Also it was at the same time that I was informed that the bike was obsolete and the shop one was the only one available. Why was no discount offered ?
Also the receipt show that £10 has been added for the bike build, Why? It is already built.

Battery seemed iffy, so remembered that Halfords do a battery check, turned out battery was dead and they showed me the result, I had thought that's what the problem was, got them to fit a replacement there and then. Chaps that did it where very knowledgeable about my car as one of them had the same model. Left with a fine working vehicle, thanks.

Went in this evening in a panic as my number plate had been stolen and I needed to drive back to Portsmouth. Ben, Spencer and Nathan were super helpful and really friendly and got me sorted with a new plate and fitted it for me within 10 minutes! Thanks guys!

A huge thank you to Spencer who replaced both the front light bulbs on my Mazda 2 this morning. He was totally professional, polite and so focused on helping me. He is a credit to you, Halfords.

My experience today was excellent as I was initially looked after by a young man who helped with choose a new battery and then by another young man who fitted the battery - both were friendly, polite and efficient so thank you to both.

I visited Halfords, Winchester this morning (12th December) needing a replacement headlamp bulb. The assistant was friendly, courteous and helpful throughout and his customer service skills were a credit to him and to Halfords. Well done!

I had my DAB radio fitted today and the job was done quickly however when I got back into my car, there was leftover rubbish everywhere and oil marks on my seat. I had to clear up the rubbish, and pay to get the oil marks out
