Halfords - Mansfield

Called in on Sunday to look and purchase a bike whilst I can't run due to injury. Was served by Pete, friendly member of staff who went through the bikes which would be best for me price wise and for what I wanted it for. Great price and great service, ordered the bike and picked it up tonight Wednesday all ready to ride.

Visited the store this evening, spoke with Rick from the bike section upstairs. He was extremely helpful and informative. Rick had great customer service skills and we appreciated his time.

Got my bike lights today now its getting darker. Will feel much safer now.
As always the advisor was really helpful with choosing the right ones for me and because I have a 3yr package he fitted them for me. So they are now fully charged and ready to go.👍😊

We visited this store to get my children measured for some bikes. Before we even put our children up against the Hight board Rick could tell us what size bike they needed just by looking at them. Rick's customer service is second to non, he's knowledgeable in his work very friendly and you can have a laugh with him. Thank for all your help :)

Great....the customer service was excellent. The guy working on the bikes section Richard was a top bloke and really nice. Will definitely start using Halfords for all my bikes.

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time. I took my sons bike to be repaired which was a quick and easy process. Staff members Sam & Rick are very helpful and friendly and quick to get the job done. Fantastic! :)

My first visit to this store and I can't get over how delighted I was.
Customer service second to none. Add to that friendly and ultra professionalism and you have a recipe for how all others should be.
Will be back for more of their reasonably priced car goodies.

Had my car checked over yesterday. Very professional and helpful team. Explained all issues with car to me and even helped me with black box instalation. Highly recommend and will definitely be back if needed.
