Euro Car Parts, Kettering

I thought I would pay a fair price for oil at euro car parts. I was charged £26.95 for 1 litre of 5w30 oil later to find it £11.95 elsewhere at local garage. Unfortunately i had already poured it into the engine or I would have taken it back for a refund.
I wont be back because of this experience

After a knee replacement I could not make it into shop so I sent my wife. I ordered all service parts for a Volvo V70. She had with her my one year grandson. After being served the girl behind the counter watched her struggle to open the door and hold the parts and hold my grandson. She put the parts on the floor and made about eight journeys. Couldn't the girl behind the counter help. Very very annoyed with Kettering Euro Parts in future shall go else where.

Had everything needed and they were able to offer advice when unsure of which product was needed. They offered quick service and good prices

Overall positive experience from the Kettering branch this week so far. Waiting times were little to none and customer service was top notch. Delightfully served by Alex who made the process quick and easy with excellent professionalism upon a positive atmosphere. Will definitely be using these services again and can’t fault anything. Great job!

Got there at 4pm to collect the part ordered and the part had not turned up. O explanation why. However the lady serving me was very apologetic and did try her best to sort something out.
