Halfords - Arnold Notts

Previous review noted, but I actually thought the customer service was good. Bought an expensive Magnum bike lock from another Halfords which seized after a year. That Halfords refused to honour the "lifetime" warranty and told me to sort it out with Magnum. Thought I'd try here and they cheerfully swapped it out for me then and there.

More than happy with the purchases and after sales service.

Every member of staff from the Manager to the sales assistant are very friendly, helpful, relaxed while maintaining the professionalism that I would expect from a customer facing person.

Very pleasantly surprised with this store.
I couldn't even remember the last time I'd been in a Halfords (probably in the 90s?!) so I didn't know what to expect.
The store is tiny so only a handful of bikes on display but loads of accessories and stuff to browse and very helpful friendly staff.
Was able to select the bike I wanted and have it ordered in directly to the store, pick-up was super easy and I've been very impressed so far with my purchase and with the service received.

Very helpful staff indeed. Two staff in particular, a young lady and a young lad. They checked over two of my sons bikes on Christmas eve without any notice.
I had set up one myself and the second most of the way, but there was something missing from one bike and the other just needed a check doing. They made adjustments and even provided the missing parts for one of the bikes. The bikes weren't even from halfords. The two staff members were amazing and the young lady knew a lot of stuff and was very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through. They both amended the bikes to great satisfaction. One very happy dad having bikes ready for Christmas day .

Visited the store on Monday morning to buy a car battery charger. The staff member, Kyle, approached me as soon as I entered the store, helped me with my purchase, found me what I needed and showed me how it worked. Very polite and helpful and I was dealt with very speedily. Great service.

My boyfriend and I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff at Halfords in Arnold Notts. We have both brought bikes from this store recently and have been incredibly satisfied with both bikes and the staff on hand to help. Couldn't have asked for more from the staff, they're so friendly and helpful, thank you! :)

The service here was amazing. I needed some bike brake pads pretty urgently. Everything was sorted out for me with the brake pads fitted quickly, and easily. The people were lovely, friendly and very helpful.

Terrible experience, Government voucher scheme voucher. But still they are trying to charge for lots of extras. Bike ended up unsafe as brakes were badly adjusted and misaligned.
