I recently visited to have my son's bike fixed. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff - I found them friendly and courteous and above all a willingness to help and fix the bike.
Whilst the bike was fixed, I saw Halfords Slough have 2 floors of all things bikes, motoring as well as DIY.
There is a vast range to choose from for cycles including e scooters - and suitable for all ages. There is also a range of motor accessories including bulbs, wipers, car cleaning, camping, cycle carriers, and detailing equipment.
And the bike repair was reasonably priced as well.

I was looking for some garage tools and I found that Michelle in the Slough branch very friendly helpful polite and professional when dealing with some of my queries on the tools I required. I felt that she provided excellent customer service from the beginning when asking her a question until the end when buying the products from the store

Rubbish. Booked my bike in for 8am for their 'Health Check'. They arrived at 8:20, no apology for being late. Then told me what I already knew; brake cables needed replacing! But they won't book it in as they can't for a couple of weeks...and they won't book it in anyway as their system is %&*t (their words!). Told me to come back in a week or two and 'hopefully' they can book it in. Awful service.

I had a 10 point check at Halfords in Slough and couldn’t recommend Uditha who carried out the check for me more. He was friendly, really helpful and made me feel at ease. Thank you Uditha for your great service.

I had a new battery fitted by Halfords fitter recently, first of all he didn't look too confident when unplugging the old battery; once he connected the new one and I drove off, my engine started cutting off while driving , very dangerous! I managed to drive back a few yards to Halfords and asked the fitter to check the battery again, he said it was connected ok and didn't see anything wrong with the battery and it's probably a different issue and couldn't advise me more because he was not a mechanic! I had to call RAC and get my car towed from Halfords to my local garage as it was too dangerous to drive it. My mechanic, who is brilliant, checked the car and said when putting a new battery in, there needs to be some re-programming done and this hasn't been done by Halfords fitter hence engine was cutting off. Thank you Halfords fitter for putting me in danger by lack of knowledge about cars - you shouldn't be doing this job!!!

I serviced my car from them .. they even dont changed engine oil.. some filters not changed.. just lying in the name of service no 77 point check they do.. very bad customer experience.. and then i email the regional manager they booked me in different autocentre of halfords and then they confirmed that service had to be done again as not fully serviced.. the manager of this autocentre is very rude they do racism with me .. kindly use a private garage and do all work in front of yourself please .. i lost money i know the pain of this.

Abit understaffed, but the staff are helpful. The store has good stuff. For example, it has quite good bicycle parts.
