Called into Motorcare motorfactors Caldicot on the weekend for battery.
Offered to check my old battery and test the alternator before I purchased the new one, to ensure it was the battery at fault.
Very happy with the service. Staff polite and very helpful. Will definately go back.
Would recomend to family and friends.

Has alot of parts you'd be surprised how quick they can get them in. They supply many garages around the area so you could get alot of discounts for fitting.
Customer service is okay, guys are generally chatty when it's quiet and will go out of their way to help.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, if they don't have something they can get it fast. Usually ends up cheaper than expected too. Can't fault them.

Plenty of stock but clueless staff who take forever to answer the phone or serve on the trade counter. Avoid if you don't have part numbers or don't mind waiting for you're next birthday!!

Went there today at 4:30 and was waiting 15 mins to be served with around 5 members of staff talking the other side of the desk.
No one came to help so I just left

Great service found my part other suppliers wouldn't get and came in a lot cheaper than what the dealers were offering. Very helpful much better than euro parts
