Excellent service when I called into the store, can't thank the Manager enough. Would recommend to anyone. Helpful, competitively priced & so grateful to him for fitting the car parts I bought.

I popped in to motor world in Chepstow on Saturday,25/11/17 I had a problem with my lights, the youn man working there was so helpful I have to say he went over and above for me, the lights wouldn’t work so he looked it up on his computer and he finally found out what the problem was he spent at least 20 minuets working on my car as he was popping in and out to deal with customers. I really appreciated what this man did for me. Thank you

Daniel gave great service and went above and beyond. Both my low beam lights had gone on my focus, thought it was the fuse. He kindly tested the fuses but turned out it was just a blown bulb which can effect both lights, haha silly me. Really friendly and great customer service. Cheers!

Friendly helpful manager. Good selection of products for all aspects of keeping your car gleaming both inside and out. Excellent selection of motor oils as well as parts for routine / essential maintenance. Covid rules in place too.

Disgusting customer service from Dan spoken to in a vial manor product labeled with motorworld label saying one price got to the till to be told it's an extra 20% because they have been bought out by another company while still advertising the motorworld brand. Never use again

This is a great shop to find pretty much anything car related. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff too.

Bought some wheel trims for my car and the lovely man fitted them for me!
