My battery died in Waitrose car park. Not only did this great shop have the battery and tools I needed, but when I was unable to remove the retaining plate the complete gent who runs the shop came over to the carpark with his tools and removed it for me, saving me having to buy a load more tools that I already had at home. What an absolute life safer. You don't get service like this in many places anymore. Can not recommend this place strongly enough.

Brilliant service. We had lost the straps to secure our kayaks to our car and had to get home. They stayed open until we arrived and had just what we needed. Thanks. First class service !

I've visited this business on several occasions, more recently I've been in twice in the last month and cannot recommend their service enough. Whatever the weather the gentleman running the shop could not be more helpful. It pays to use local as you get the best service.

Friendly and helpful staff. If you don’t know what you need for your car, the staff will find the right product based on your car model. Always well stocked.

Had a car key cut for a friend, very helpful staff, had a key fob from the internet which was no problem for them, unlike some other key cutting service who only used their own key fobs (at an extra cost). The whole process only took 15 minutes, and the key worked first time with no problems, well recommended 5* service and reasonable price.
