It had a very varied stock and a good layout and what blew me away was that they had a specific disc I needed for my car in stock when most other shops wouldn't have them.

Could not have been more helpful; got me the bits they had in stock, advised me not to buy overpriced consumables, and gave me a free-of-charge jubilee clamp driver to accompany the jubilee clamps I purchased.
