I went in for wheel nuts and the young lady behind the counter was really very knowledgeable. explaining what had happend with the ones still on my car, how and why they fail, right down to the correct torque required when fitting.

not happy with the new system at all. i went to Eurocarparts to buy some brake discs and pads for my Ford Focus. the total came to £120. they said coz i didnt have the old brakes to give to them they where going to charge me £250 but they said id get that extra money back when i trade in the old brakes. i fidnt have that kind of money and how can i trade in my brakes first if i need the car to get to the shop to buy the new parts. ridiculous system. who ever thought this one up needs to be taught a lesson. im never shopping at Eurocarparts ever again.

Very helpful. The part I bought needed an ECU reprogram to work properly so I repaired the old part making it cost effective. Took back my purchase and was given a refund no problem.

Great customer service. Struggled to fit the part in my car. Chap in the warehouse arranged a driver to deliver to my home address. I wasn't able to select home delivery when I purchased the part on the website, so this was generous service all round.

Mostly get carparts from here, very very rare the wrong part is given, but when it is, its replaced instantly, zero hassle.
Andrew on the counter is a genius on that computer and finds parts and prices instantly!

The person serving in the Wrexham store is rude, arrogant and the most unhelpful person I have come across in any motor factors. The last time I visited he belittled a young female buying oil. Today I attended to buy a bulb and left to go to Halfords because of his attitude. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid..

Just the ticket, bought some dot4 brake fluid and car is happy again. Very friendly staff who answered the phone with me checking they had some in stock and when I arrived in store. There's screens up at the counter and it wasn't busy at the time, just after finishing work.
