Brilliant, friendly, good humoured service from this company. As if this wasn't you get free sweeties with your order!! So glad I bought off them rather than chance the very slightly cheaper choice from eBay. Will definitely go back to Gendan should I require any more diagnostic tools

After reinstalling the dashboard in a Corsa I had a "Service Airbag" message. The general opinion on the Internet was that I had to take the car to the main agent to have the airbag ECU reprogrammed, which would have been expensive. Gendan provided an NT680 All Systems scanner, explained how to use it and the message went away. The vehicle has now passed its MOT.

Great company to deal with, product shipped in record time and extremely well packaged. I especially like the protective blue case the VCDS HEX-V2 cable comes in which is exclusive to Gendan I believe. Best of all though is their hilarious emails they send to keep you updated, makes for amusing reading and probably the only shipping notification email I've ever read in entirety!

I placed my order in a rush for a ODB2 tool that everyone had sold out of... not only was the tool cheaper from Gendan the service was amazing. The email with a story on my items journey was not only amusing I shared it with many friends as sharing is caring.

The item arrived next day well packaged and with a little extra giving me something to chew over while I worked out what I was doing with this new tool.(appreciated btw)

Overall I have found a company that has a good sense of humour but also take what they do seriously and deliver.

Thanks again everyone at Gendan not an experience I will forget I wish more places were similar to yourself.

Very happy with the service I got, had a VDCS system from them in 2007, Just got the Foxwell NT 680 PRO, and could not be happier.
Great customer service, came next day as promised on website, easy to use, would give more stars if I could.

I purchased my basic home engine diagnostic product 9 years ago. My laptop "blew up" big time, requiring a new laptop and re- installation of the Gendan software. Couldn't get it to work---- I know even less about computers than I do about engines! On the phone and Sam was very patient with me as I am a one finger typist and haven't a clue what I'm supposed to do. Eventually he took over my computer (thank goodness for this technology) and speedily sorted the problem and got the software reloaded.
That was in the morning and after lunch I thought I'd better check everything was ok. It wasn't because my new laptop had Windows 11 loaded and couldn't detect an interface-- whatever that is! On the phone again and this time Mike drew the short straw. Again nothing was too much trouble, although he too had to eventually take control of my computer.
Everything is now working perfectly. These guys are a superb advert for Gendan and the customer service is the best. No problem with my inability and lack of knowledge which when you are 80 years old can be quite frustrating to most folks.
Would recommend this firm for quality of product, willingness to upgrade your older equipment ( for free) to keep up with new technology rather than expecting you to purchase new equipment and of course their customer service.
