Every time I've called they have had exactly the part I need at prices that are as near as makes no difference to those you can find on the internet (when you include postage) ... but they have it in stock, just down the road, and you don't need to wait for it to be delivered!

Aberslutly discusted. The owner John wanted to punch my face in today after a quarrel over been given the wrong springs on my van. Said one thing to me over the phone and him and his staff claimed something Totally different today. Shocked with the guys temper as there was no need for it. So abusive to me. I've got the wrong springs on my van which was ordered by his staff not me. I have to buy the right ones and keep my fingers crossed that the manufacturer will compensate me for the first pair I bought. It's my fault for not checking they were the right ones. Well I put my trust in your expertise and after spending £400 on parts that weekend I naw have to strip my van down again buy the right springs and fit them again. So thanks a lot arjays I will not be using your device again as one final thing to add. No John I wouldn't go to Tesco to buy and complian. I wouldn't Rip open boxes to check they were what was advertised on the box. Tesco would get it right the first time. Clearly you had one job and failed me. No need to be so abusive about it. I just want springs for my van. Not a mouthful. Being spat at and threatened to have my face punched in. All the best

Very poor quality windscreen wipers . First one failed after 3 weeks , second one failed after 1 week . No free replacement for the first one , second replaced free , but unlike most shops that would give you a refund to cover your fuel costs , they prefer to lose a customer . won't be buying any more poor quality car parts from there again !

Helped me out of a tight spot today , best service I have ever had , it was even recommended to me by the local FIAT main dealer .

Spent £156 on a clutch kit for my girlfriends clio. Fitted it (6hr job) and the slave cylinder was wrong. John (owner) hadn't bothered to check it was correct (3 different types clearly marked on the website) and when I asked him for a refund or store credit even, he acted like it wasn't his fault and the extra 12hrs of work it would cost me weren't an issue.

They're fine when things go right, but if something goes wrong you're on your own. Multiple people I know share the same opinion. Use at your own risk.

Ended up fitting an eBay (borg and beck) kit which was £80 less and actually correct.

Use this place fairly regular, staff are friendly and helpful and the prices seem fair
