Hi Tim was really honest and sincere and Even discussing options on my honda civic,I've every confidence in Tim when I take my car for him to replace the cambelt!!!,I accidentally stumbled across his garage when I drove past popped in to ask about cambelt changing and I'm so glad I did

Brilliant service from a great guy. Feels good to support local and not get ripped off.

Booked car in for a service and on arrival was told it was actually hooked in for the following week without seeing my car, asking for a name or registration number. Shocking. If you can manage your business don't book people in and then lie about when you can actually do it.
I waited 10 days for the booking and had I been told they couldn't manage it until later I would have had it done elsewhere.
Terrible customer ser ice! AVOID!

Such a great service, been using Harvey Street since I moved to lincoln. Mechanic is very friendly and thorough
