He is communicative, fair and diligent; providing the ultimate in customer experience and a reliable service. I rang Monday afternoon to ask about getting my car jump started as the battery had gone flat. Instead of redirecting me to his breakdown provider, Craig offered to personally attend in the morning to get my car moved for a very reasonable price. This was a massive help as the car was amassing parking tickets (that I am disputing!) so I was incredibly grateful. I'd highly recommend Craig for his service, help and advice.

I have been using CCP for several years, the service I have received has always been exemplary. Craig and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and always manage to diagnose and repair any faults. The team keep you fully updated with any repairs, even sending videos of the faulty parts, to help you understand what repairs are necessary. I have been using CCP for my annual car service and MOT for 8 years and have always received great service and good value. They also diagnosed and dealt with a couple of intermittent faults and fully explained what the problem was and the repairs required. Craig and his team are really professional, friendly and helpful.

Craig and his team do an excellent job and, if you give them enough notice, they can also pick your car up, fix it and get it back to you. What more can you ask? They're fast, accurate, honest and charge about 1/3 of what a main dealer will will. They came highly recommended from a friend and I've been using them ever since.
