Horrible. Just peoples bored of their job , waiting 3 weeks for a sensor which Ben said will order and after 3 weeks to tell me they didn’t order . Don’t recommend

I bring my taxis here for taxi tests/mot…. Never had a problem at all. Staff very present and always happy to help. My taxi failed it’s test once and staff stayed behind to get it sorted for the next morning.

Cannot rate these guys highly enough. I've taken every car I've owned there for repairs and MOTs since moving to Lincoln in 2008. Great service, always go above and beyond, reasonable prices and you know you're not going to get ripped off.

Had a new clutch fitted there was one or two little problems they went the extra mile to to fix it would recommend it was a BMW u320 diesel

Minus -10000... This people don't now nothing about BMW. So if you're BMW owner Don't go there, avoid this place far away and if you have to pay more elsewhere I advise you to do it. If not then your car gonna be worth what on Scrap yard.

First time using this garage as I have moved to Boultham and cba to take car to previous garage...
First thing to note is that I called to book my car in and was given a date and time and then when I got there they said I wasn't booked in- the person I spoke to hadn't bothered to actually put the job in the diary - not a great start!
Anyway, I asked them to fit a car heater resister that I had sourced and struggled to fit myself. Whilst I was happy with the timely manner in which they fitted it, I felt the £66 charge was expensive, although I was not provided with an invoice to see the breakdown because their internet was down - they still managed to take a wireless card reader card payment though! In addition, I was not offered any verbal explanation of the work done from the mechanic or receptionist; the latter being quite rude and making it perfectly clear to all customers that she dislikes her job and that you're an inconvenience to her.
Pretty poor experience all things considered.
