Changed a wheel for us with no notice when we found we had a slow puncture when driving along the A30. Everyone was extremely helpful and we were back on the road really quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I have been using Lovells for a few years now for vehicle hire on some of our more local work. They have a very high level of customer service and provide good reliable vehicles that are maintained by their own mechanics in their own workshops

Friendly local garage where nothing is too difficult and prices are reasonable. Didn't have any issues with fitting tyres to my Tesla unlike all the national chains who are terrified of them. Probably the best garage experience I've had for decades.

Absolutely amazing service today. We had a puncture on our tyre and had a long journey home. Fitted us in immediately so we could get home. Lovely polite and helpful staff.

Nightmare scenario, snow & ice on the road, temperature below freezing & my tyre pressure light came on. What to do? The car is very low mileage & recently serviced, my Husband is very ill so I can’t bother or worry him.
Well, I’d read about Lovells, was in Ottery St Mary so popped in & explained my dilemma. What a wonderful response. Within a very short space of time my tyres were inflated & I was on my way.

Had 4 new tyres fitted today. Ontime, on budget, even swapped out the spare tyre. Couldn't ask for a better garage service, highly recommended by myself.
