Did more damage than good to my car. Receptionist incredibly rude, difficult to deal with. Had an exhaust replaced which went rusty in first few days, had to argue to get replaced. Then was to feel awkard taking it back due it being fitted incorrectly and rattling. After this had a strut mount replaced. After a few months, it became obvious the side of the car that the was done on was not quite right and thr bumper hanging off.. Phoned up to explain, and was told that it wasn't them. On taking my car to another garage I was advised that they had damaged my abs sensor in fitting the new strut mount, costing me another 120 for a new sensor. To be honest should the attitude of the Receptionist been so aggressive I would not be writing this review

Great service again today from Motor Services. Sam and Simon knowledgeable and professional and talk through everything very clearly. Also provided proof of worn parts....I didn’t even ask 😁. If you want good, trust worthy service, this is the place.

Absolutely outraged!
My mother brought her car in to be fixed and she went to pick it up and her battery was flat.
They apologised and told her that someone had left the door open which drained the battery.They tried to charge the battery with no success then had the cheek to charge my mother for a new battery!!!Dreadful.
Motor Services,You should be ashamed of yourselves!!

Very Rude! Was not allowed to ask questions to understand about the service. First time I bought in car they broke car sensors and denied it. Would avoid!
