Superb service and support. Only wanted a couple of new tyres and ended up with Sarah chasing up my insurance for a new alloy. Mashed by a pothole. So friendly and knowledgeable. Really put my mind at rest. Thank you everyone

Ellis Autos Ltd are totally amazing- I have a Peugeot 5008 which had a gearbox issue not going into reverse and leak coming from the reservoir.I tried numerous garages who would not even touch a semi automatic gear box and advised me if they touched the gear box they needed a Peugeot code to reset it . Peugeot garage wanted to charge me £150 just to do a diagnostic test and advised me I could be looking at thousands of pounds to correct this problem especially if the leak had corroded the clutch and other major structures. From the moment I spoke to George from Ellis Autos I had total faith in him to fix this for me. I did not have to pay for any diagnostic testing, he replaced the reservoir part without any issue. I was only charge the part which was £164.96 and 3 hours labour £180. If you want a professional service and a garage you can totally trust, who do not overcharge then this is where you need to go, because I wouldn’t go any where else now I have found them and would recommend them totally

I had a service done today and could not fault the service i got. Was done quick without any hesitation. The guys knew what they where doing and where also very friendly. Amazing value for money. I will be returning to have my exhaust done.

Had a problem with the ABS and electrics on our orange Mercedes sprinter van. After taking it to 2 garages that were unable to help.. Ellis Autos went above and beyond to help us get this fixed. Cannot thank George and Sarah enough for their help and services. They are by far the best garage I have dealt with and will not go anywhere else for my van or cars in future.. thank you guys!

Ellis Autos is excellent at dealing with older cars which other garages are reluctant to touch; they have kept my 52 year old Renault 16 TS on the road very effectively, as well as my 21 year old Renault Megane. Very prompt and friendly service, and the customer is kept informed at all stages. Also, they do what is needed and do not undertake any unnecessary work. I would definitely recommend them, especially as they are sympathetic towards older vehicles.

Had my Mitsubishi shogun go in for a full service a little while back. Fitted me in same day when I called first thing in the morning I guess this was his excuse to charge me an extortionate price for a simple service. Charged me close to £500 which included oil change, oil filter change, air filter and not a whole lot else oh yeah he greased the door hinges. Never changed the coolant though and charged me £9.50 per litre on the engine oil as well as 2 hours labour at £70 an hour. Also called to recommend I change my front pads at a cost of £120, front pads that were not long changed and 3000 miles later just went through MOT no issues. So entirely unhappy about my service at this garage. The mechanic who I seem to recall was called George (might be wrong) had a very overly friendly persona that just felt odd and overly forced. Overall I would definitely not use this garage again much better garages with much better prices and honest mechanics about to not even give this place a second thought or another penny

Arrived without an appointment, after a slow puncture on A41 and found garage via Google. Couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating. Fabulous! Even got a coffee and a KitKat

Great response to service request on tyre puncture and wheel nut replacements, all done in the day! Superb, would recommend.
