Very friendly staff , your looked after very well by Graham and Leanne ,
They will do there best on price labour and service ,,.
Which is nice these days not to be ripped off after having work done ,,
They will recommend work that may be required to be done in the future , but don't pressure you into having the work done now.
Again another plus , everything is down to cost ,
Will recommend all day long
It's nice to have a friendly trustworthy service department.

Fantastic service at Hedge End Service Centre, Excellent customer service from Leanne, very competitive prices and certainly helped me out at short notice. I will be using them from now on, I cannot fault any aspect from my experience. A few minor advisories from the MOT, so will get the car booked in for that work to be completed. Thank you for restoring faith in a service centre.

I was very surprised I was able to book my car in really quickly My first impressions were good …….However the quality of work is poor simple jobs were not fixed. They also recommended work doing that didn't need doing ! I took my car to another local garage and had the car checked for the work they recommended doing and it was perfectly OK The words RIP OFF come to mind I only used this service centre because the garage I use were fully booked ...and the reason for that is because they are GOOD. Think twice before using this service centre they will try to talk you into work that don't need doing

My car showed clear signs of blocked heater matrix (coolant overspill after regens, no heating in the cabin etc.). I was ready to pay for a heater matrix replacement (an expensive job), only to be told that they could not find any faults and suggested a replacement coolant bottle cap. In light of this, I have asked for a coolant change, as in some rare cases this solves the problem. Just before driving the car home, I had a quick look under the bonnet (thank God), only to find that the coolant cap was not in place, but left on the side. The coolant did not look new either. On the invoice, the person that did the job was listed as the guy at reception. Surely he did not change the coolant dressed as a sales rep?

This is sad as I have been using this garage for the last 5 years and seemed professional. I will now take my car elsewhere for MOTs/Service.

I experienced pleasant service when I spoke with people on the phone and in person. However delayed delivery of parts meant they kept my car for a week waiting on hose for coolant. They promised it'll be done same day as MOT/service on the Tuesday, then it was the Friday, then the Monday. It caused me a lot of stress to arrange a hire car for my family weekend bits. IMO they should have confirmed availability of parts before promising to do it, rebooked me for another day when parts were delivered, and preferably not have my car taken apart so I couldn't use it while waiting for the part. The hose that needed replacing didn't fail the MOT so I'm unsure why it was necessary to put me through this. I wasn't offered a partial refund or gesture of goodwill. When I asked for one, they wouldn't. I was perfectly amicable and I received professionalism. I'm just salty because it's unfair I pay the price for their, or their supplier's, problem. Actions speak louder than words! They cost me £200 to hire a car for the weekend. I won't recommend or reuse.

Excellent service from HESC. First time customer and will be using them the next time I need some work to the car.

The experience was made even simpler by Mark at the service desk who was very informative, helpful and keep me fully up to date on any issue/repairs required.

If I could could score zero I would. Hedge end service centre of Incompetency, machnics that can't perform simple diagnostics, if it isn't paint by numbers they can't help. My vw caddy has been at the garage since November 18th. The tcm was sent to specialists that was delayed because because the garage failed to send all the relative parts..once returned the part as not coded correctly and the whole vehicle was sent to vw commercial to be coded. Hedge end service centre thentold me the part need to sent off again for repair. I was very confused. The leading tramsmission specialist has check the part for the second time and confirmed its OK. This comes with a warranty and guarantee, Ecutesting.Com. The garage receives the tcm back from specialist and fits it and is damaged, dent in the side and it leaks oil. Could you believe it. Plus they have told they won't be able to do anything else with the vehicle because they don't have qualified staff to look into anything this difficult. I can not believe the situation. They where more than happy to look at the vehicle when it was a simple send this part off and done. Today is the 1st February and I get told the mechatronics unit is damaged by them and its being sent off again for oil leak. I just want a qualified machnic to tell me what's wrong. This whole experience has been poorly communicated and poorly managed by the team at hedge end service centre.

Absolutely amazing service from the guys today. Called up this morning, booked me in this morning. had tyre repaired and back on the road by midday! Staff are always friendly and can't do enough to help you. I would not go anywhere else for any of my car needs! 5 stars!!
