Very professional, reasonable rates compared to Mercedes dealership and work carried out to a high standard. I have had one Slk serviced and motd and some sensors replaced on my other with no problems. I will certainly use them again at my next service. Recommended.

Good customer service is hard to find these days. They even provide a courtesy car, no charge except fill up as received. Amazing service, most garages charge and try to rip you off. After recently buying a second hand car that had a gearbox issue I took it to MB&B, who plugged it into their diagnostic completely free of charge. Then advised they will call me about ordering the new part and a total price, which they did. As the part was coming from Germany and would take 5 working days, they offered their courtesy car for me to use free of charge whilst I wait for the part to be ordered, so I took them up on their offer.
Then received a call about a week later advising my car was ready to collect.

Genuinely impressed by the service I received from a car garage. They appear to be a business who under promise and over deliver!

I’ll be using them to service my car from now on.

Always do their best to squeeze me in when they can, which is very important as I need my car for work. Service is efficient and prices are good. Always use genuine parts. Can’t see myself going anywhere else for as long as I have my MB

I have owned my E Cls convertible since 2021 I used Mb and b when I first got the car they sorted the massive oil leak I had “will” knew what the issue was just speaking to him on the phone massive job oil cooler seal had gone needed replacing but the work involved to get to the oil cooler not for the faint hearted you have to strip most the engine components to get to it as I watched a mechanic do the repair on YouTube ever since then I have been completely confident in using them for servicing and any issues I’ve had, I wouldn’t use any one else for my Mercedes repairs as the saying goes you pay for what you get and I can assure you the service and work is 1st class, “will” the manager always helpful tries his best to fit me in as soon as possible another thing also was asked if I needed a car to get home as I lived in Gloucester which they let me use one of their cars which saved me catching a bus a few miles away in the rain, like I said first class service I will not use any one else for my Mercedes as they know my car now inside out and for me they are the best around to service/fix my car… if you have a Mercedes don’t hesitate to use this company

I get my AMG a45 serviced here every year due to mercedes ridiculous prices but these guys give a great price and a spot on service, very happy with their work. Would massively recommend these guys
