The garage were helpful and kept me up to date and clearly used original bmw parts to rectify the fault. When I got home I could see the light unit hadn’t been put back properly though, with the seal slightly misaligned and torn. I’m sure it won’t be detrimental to the car, but a surprising lack of attention to detail from a specialist garage.

Had my 640d in with irridium and can say they have great customer service. They kept me up to date on the repairs. I will be back again.

I take my bmw m135i here for a yearly service and mot can’t fault the service from Simon! Friendly receptionist too! any extra work I would like done seems to be no issue for them . Can’t fault the service would recommend anyone who has a bmw or any vehicle to take there car to iridium!!

Premier choice for my BMW. These guys know their stuff, do excellent work and best of all don't charge the earth. No matter what your issue, if it can be fixed, Iridium will fix it.

Very disappointed.
Booked my M3 in for an oil and filter service as they are a local bmw specialist to me, rang in advance to confirm the Castrol Edge Supercar oil (manufactures requirement) would be used, and they confirmed it would be. Quoted £156 and booked in. Upon dropping the car off I was told “it might be a bit more as the oil has gone up in price, around £220”. Upon collecting the car, I was charged £330! The receptionist was very unhelpful and told me it was because it was an m3 and that was that (which hadn’t changed since I dropped it off or booked).
Unfortunately I was running late to pick up my son so had to just pay and leave.
I won’t be returning, and feel I’ve been ripped off in all honesty.
I’ve actually checked the price for the same service at BMW themselves and it’s £250.
Avoid if you don’t want to be scammed.

I took my 4 Series to Simon due to a coolant leak on the front end of the engine. Having spent months constantly topping up the coolant with no signs of where it was leaking.

I mentioned to Simon that strangely I had noticed coolant loss when cold.

Simon kept me up to date with findings and confirmed water pump leaking after prolonged pressure test when cold it started to leak.

He ordered and fitted Genuine BMW water pump, seal and coolant. I knew it wouldn’t be cheap but quoted price met expectations and certainly cheaper than BMW.

Very please with costs and will certainly be recommending and using in future.

Great Knowledgabe guy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. I felt he had the time to answer my questions.
